Ingredients

- 250 g 250 g sugar
- 4 4 egg whites
- 10 10 drops of green food colouring
Method
- 1.Add a pinch of salt and beat the egg whites in firm snow.
- 2.Add the sugar in small amounts while continuing to beat, add the green dye.
- 3.Preheat oven to 120°C.
- 4.Use a socket pocket and form small Christmas trees by placing a wooden stem underneath.
