- 40 g 40 g Butter
- Minced parsley
- Salt

Method
- 1.Peel the salsifis with gloves and place them in wine water. Cut them into sticks and plunge them into salty boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain them.
- 2.Melt butter in a casserole. Add the cute net and salsifis. Salt, pepper.
- 3.Cover and simmer 25 min.
- 4.Serve with chopped parsley.
