Mijoté with zucchini and tomato cr Spruce

Ingredients

- 15 cl 15 cl milk
- 4 4 spruce
- 2 2 eggs
- 6 6 zucchini
- 2 2 white onions
- 1 1 tomato concentrate
Method
- 1.Cut the onions into small pieces and sauté in a casserole. Cut the Spruces into small pieces and add them to the casserole when the onions begin to colour. Let it color a little.
- 2.Cut the zucchini into small pieces and add them to the casserole.
- 3.In a salad bowl, mix the 2 eggs with the milk and the tomato concentrate box, pour into the casserole when the colour is homogeneous.
- 4.Add garlic powder, provence herbs, salt and pepper as desired. Simmer over very low heat for 45 min or more. An even better warmed dish :)
