- 150 g 150 g Sugar
- 80 g 80 g Melted butter
- 2 2 orange zest(s)
- 140 g 140 g Orange juice
- 120 g 120 g Sifted flour
- 11 g 11 g Chemical yeast
- 1 1 pinch(s) Fine salt
- 1 1 pinch(s) Bicarbonate
Method
- 1.Start of preparation
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°. In the drummer tank with a whip, mix the 4 egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the cooled melted butter, the zests of the 2 oranges and 120g of orange juice, continue to whisk. Add flour, chemical yeast, salt and bicarbonate. Mix gently.

- 4.Get the four whites up in snow. Add them to the previous mixture. Pour into the buttered cake mould. Cook for 30 minutes. Let it cool and soak with 20g of lukewarm orange juice.
