- 250 g 250 g Milk chocolate
- 25 g 25 g Butter
- 4 4 Egg yellow(s)
- 4 c. à soupe 4 Tbsp Egg white(s)

Method
- 1.Preparation of chocolate
- 2.In the water bath, melt the chocolate over low heat. Stir until a smooth dough is obtained and then, out of the heat, add the butter.
- 3.Snow White Assembly
- 4.In a bowl, climb the whites in firm snow. Book.
