Strawberry mousse

Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g Strawberry(s)
- 2 2 Egg white(s)
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
Method
- 1.Preparation of strawberries
- 2.Wash and peel the strawberries. Cut them into pieces.
- 3.Preparation of fruit purée
- 4.Using a blender robot, mix the pieces of strawberries with the sugar powder until you get a fine purée of smooth and homogeneous fruits.
- 5.Set aside
- 6.Pour the strawberry purée into a salad bowl. Book.
- 7.Preparation of snow whites
- 8.Mount the firm white snow eggs with an electric drummer.
- 9.Assembly
- 10.Gently add the snow whites to the strawberry purée, raising the mixture with a wooden spoon.
- 11.Dressing
- 12.Divide strawberry mousse into ramequins or dessert cuts.
- 13.Rest
- 14.Place at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
