Add a little oil to the pan and sauté garlic and shallot over low/medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring gently so that they smell the oil well. Pour the leek, carrot and sweet pepper into the pan. Cook from time to time until vegetables start softening. Put the chicken and shrimp with the vegetables and let them cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Then add the tomato concentrate, Cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix it well. Add scrambled eggs and rice to the mixture. Mix gently but efficiently so that everything is well unified. Pour the nasi goreng into the plates and generously garnish it with fried onions or chiseled coriander. For more delicacies, place an egg on top of each serving before serving.
