Easter Nest at Thermomix

- 40 g 40 g Flour
- 100 g 100 g Sweet butter
- 200 g 200 g Chocolate (milk)
- 125 g 125 g Sugar powder
- 4 4 Egg(s)
- 80 g 80 g Almond powder
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
- Sugar Passover Eggs
Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- 3.Preparation of snow whites
- 4.In the bowl of the kitchen robot equipped with the whip, put the egg whites with the salt and program 4 minutes at 37°C at speed 4. Transfer the whites to a bowl.
- 5.Adding chocolate and butter
- 6.In the Thermomix bowl, add the chocolate cut into pieces and mix 10 seconds in speed 9. Break the walls with the spatula and add the butter cut into pieces. Schedule 2 minutes at 50°C at speed 2.
- 7.Add remaining ingredients
- 8.Add egg yolks, sugar powder, flour and almond powder and mix 20 seconds in speed 5.
- 9.Assembly
- 10.Transfer the preparation to a salad bowl and gently incorporate the whites into the snow.
- 11.Cooking
- 12.Pour the potato into a savarine mould and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- 13.Finish
- 14.Wait 10 minutes before demolishing and then place sugar eggs in the centre.
