Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 8 8 sheets of brig
- 1 1 chocolate tablets NESTLÉ DESSERT Milk
- 4 4 eggs
- 80 g 80 g butter
- 10 g 10 g butter for brig leaves
- 60 g 60 g sugar powder
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of flour
Method
- 1.Preheat your oven Th.6/7 (200°C).
- 2.In a saucepan, melt butter with broken chocolate into pieces on low heat.
- 3.In a salad bowl, mix eggs, sugar, chocolate and flour.
- 4.Overlay 1 large sheet of brig with a second cut off on a 10 cm circle (made filaments with falls to make straw that you're baking) and brush the melted butter leaves as well as the ramequins. Do the same with others.
- 5.Place the brick leaves in ramequins by folding the edges inwards to form 4 nests.
- 6.Pour the chocolate dough in and cook for 15 to 18 minutes in your oven. The heart must be flowing and the brick leaf well golden. Place the nests on the straw or straw in the nests according to your desires!
