Nougat crunching sesame

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 200 g 200 g Sugar
- 50 g 50 g Sesame seed
- 1 1 spoon. Liquid honey
Method
- 1.In a saucepan, pour sugar with 25 cl water.
- 2.Bring to a boil and leave on low heat for 30 min until you get a syrup.
- 3.Tap a baking sheet and oil it with a brush.
- 4.Add the honey to the saucepan, then the sesame seeds and mix.
- 5.Pour the mixture on the plate and allow to harden for at least 4 hours.
