Ingredients

- 70 g 70 g Sugar
- 50 g 50 g Honey
- 50 g 50 g Water
- 1 1 spoon. Coffee oil
- 140 g 140 g Unsalted peanuts
Method
- 1.In a saucepan, heat honey and add sugar. Pour water and a pinch of salt.
- 2.Bring to a boil and add the oil. Mix regularly until the temperature reaches 145°C. In a gratin dish, coat the bottom with oiled baking paper.
- 3.Pour the peanuts into the pan and mix quickly. Pour the mixture into the dish by smoothing the top. Let cool and taste!
