Nougat with red fruits

Ingredients

- 3 3 Eggs
- 40 cl 40 cl Liquid cream
- 100 g 100 g Sugar
- 100 g 100 g Liquid honey
- 80 g 80 g Unsalted shelled pistachios
- 200 g 200 g Raspberries
Method
- 1.In a saucepan, heat the honey. Separate the white from the egg yolks.
- 2.In the bowl of a robot, mount the whites in firm snow, then pour the honey into the net gently.
- 3.In a salad bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture whitens. Stir the whites gently.
- 4.Put the cream in chantilly and add it to the preparation.
- 5.Add the crushed pistachios. Tap ramekins of film paper and pour the preparation. Book 12 hours in the freezer.
- 6.When serving, cover with raspberries or other red fruits
