Nougat frozen with pink pralines

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 100 g 100 g Pink Pralines
- 4 4 Small meringues
- 2 2 Eggs
- 50 g 50 g Sugar powder
- 50 g 50 g Liquid honey
- 20 cl 20 cl Very cold whole liquid cream
- 2 Two spoons. Soup syrup
- 1 pincée 1 pinch Salt
Method
- 1.Crunch the pralines in a plastic bag with a hammer.
- 2.Whisk 2 white snow eggs with 1 pinch of salt. Stir the boiling honey into a net while you keep beating. Drain the 2 yellows with the sugar powder until they whiten, incorporate the whites into the snow.
- 3.Whip the cream in chantilly. Add it with the pralines to the preparation. Pour into a small mould lined with a stretch film. Cover with crushed meringues. Fold the movie. Place 12 hours in the freezer.
- 4.Serve surrounded by a rose syrup cord.
