Ingredients

- 250 g 250 g Nuts
- 250 g 250 g Honey
- 250 g 250 g Sugar powder
Method
- 1.Grill almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios in a dry skillet.
- 2.Mix the powdered sugar and honey in a stainless steel casserole. Heat until caramelized.
- 3.Add the dried fruits and mix.
- 4.Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular mould lined with oiled sulphurized paper and let cool.
