Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 200 g 200 g sugar powder or meal
- 100 g 100 g of tapered almonds
- 4 4 c. to s. of water
Method
- 1.Put in a saucepan the sugar and water.Heat over very strong heat. Move occasionally with a wooden spoon. Wait for the sugar to caramelize: light brown must be obtained. The sugar must be caramelized enough but not burned!
- 2.Pour the taped almonds and turn off the heat.Smoke well. Pour on a sheet of sulfurized paper.Recover from the second sheet of sulfurized paper. Spread with a baking roll or a glass bottle.Let cool.Size in small pieces.
