- 4 4 goose eggs
- 100 g 100 g of raw haddock
- 2 2 tablespoons mayonnaise soup
- 2 2 tablespoons of trout eggs

Method
- 1.Cook 4 eggs with simmering water 14 minutes, then cool them under running water and sauté them.
- 2.Mix 100 g of raw hamdock, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix again: the preparation must be smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of trout eggs and serve with the egg. Pepper and accompany with a salad of capucine or arugula leaves.
