Calf egg, potato mat and bacon

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 potatoes
- 1 1 eggs
- 25 g 25 g of bacon
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of flour
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of oil
- parsley
- pepper
Method
- 1.Grate the potato. Let drain well (if necessary in a towel.)
- 2.Mix with a spoon of oil and flour. Cook in an oiled pan to make a golden cake on either side. Leave warm when ready.
- 3.Cook the egg 6 minutes in boiling water. Meanwhile, make the bacon brown.
- 4.Cut the egg. Place the bacon on the cakes, put the egg on it, salt, pepper and sprinkle with chiseled parsley.
- 5.Open egg in half (on screen)
