Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 4 Organic oranges
- 300 g 300 g Black chocolate to be pasted at 70%
- 250 g 250 g Sugar
Method
- 1.Wash and rinse the oranges. Then remove the skin by cutting out quarters while trying to recover the maximum amount of white skin.
- 2.Boil the bark in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Drain and renew the operation a second time to completely remove bitterness. Drain and let cool.
- 3.Cut the bark into thin slats.
- 4.Mix 250 ml of water and 250 g of sugar to prepare a syrup. Bring to a boil, add the bark and let boil for 5 minutes. Let cool and boil again. When the syrup is cooled, remove the bark and place it on a grill. Let them dry for a few hours, ideally overnight.
- 5.In a bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- 6.When the oranges are dry, soak them in the chocolate by draining them to remove the excess. Reserve on sulfurized paper and place in the fridge for oranges to harden.
