- 8 tranche 8 slices of Parma Jam AOP
- 4 tranche 4 slices of rassis bread
- 2 2 eggs
- 40 g 40 g milk
- 30 g 30 g grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- 4 4 eggs
- chopped parsley
- butter
Method
- 1.For lost bread: beat the eggs with milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Dip the slices of bread and pass them to the butter pan. Cook well on both sides.
- 2.For scrambled eggs: beat the eggs with chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Cook in a butter pan.
- 3.Place the scrambled eggs on the lost bread and add the thin slices of Parma Jam.
