Lost salmon bread

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 6 tranche 6 thick slices Crousti soft nature Jacquet
- 3 3 eggs
- 15 cl 15 cl milk
- 20 g 20 g butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 2 lawyers
- 6 tranche 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 1 bouquets of dill
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of pink berries
Method
- 1.Beat eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the slices of bread in the mixture.
- 2.Cook slices of bread in sparkling butter over low heat.
- 3.Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half, strip them and peel them. Slice the lawyers in slats.
- 4.When the breads are cooked, garnish them with avocados, smoked salmon, dried twigs and crushed pink berries. Cut them in half diagonally.
- 5.Serve 3 1⁄2 slices of salmon bread per person. Eat immediately.
