Ingredients

- 2 2 eggs
- 80 g 80 g white cheese
- 1 1/2 bags of yeast
- 35 g 35 g of unsweetened raw bitter cocoa (no nesquik)
- 320 ml 320 ml milk
- 240 g 240 g flour
- 80 g 80 g sugar
Method
- 1.In a first salad bowl, mix eggs, milk and white cheese.
- 2.In a second salad bowl, mix the flour with sugar and yeast and sieve the cocoa powder.
- 3.Add the egg white cheese and milk mixture to the flour yeast cocoa sugar mixture and stir well.
- 4.Cover with a towel and let stand for half an hour at room temperature.
- 5.Cook pancakes in a frying pan by depositing small amounts of dough with a ladle, turning when small bubbles appear.
