- 250 g 250 g Whole flour
- 30 cl 30 cl Vegetable milk
- 4 4 Egg(s)
- 1 1 sachet(s) Chemical yeast
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Preparation of dough
- 2.Mix the flour with salt and yeast. Add the eggs and milk, whisk until you get a homogeneous dough.
- 3.Cooking
- 4.Put an oiled stove on the fire and pour a small layer of dough into it. Cook for about 3 min until bubbles appear, then turn the pancake and cook 1 min on the other side.
- 5.Finishing and service
- 6.Repeat until the dough is exhausted. Serve with fresh fruit or dried fruit.
