Panna cotta vanilla

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 75 cl 75 cl Fresh liquid cream
- 75 g 75 g Sugar
- 4 4 Gelatin leaves
- 1 gousse 1 Vanilla pod
Method
- 1.Split the vanilla pod in half in length, scratch the inside with the tip of a knife to remove the seeds.
- 2.In a saucepan, place seeds and pods with cream and sugar, mix and simmer and remove from heat and allow to infuse for 30 minutes.
- 3.Soak the gelatin leaves 10 minutes in a large bowl of cold water to soften them.
- 4.Remove the vanilla pod, filter the milk and heat it to the limit of boiling. Then remove it from the fire and incorporate the well-dried gelatin with the whip.
- 5.Pour in the ramequin mixture. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours if you do not demolish the panna cotta. Serve with fresh red fruit
