Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 1 1 large spoons of vanilla aroma
- 2 2 large spoons of agave syrup
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 3 3/4 large spoons of agar-agar
- 400 ml 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 2 large spoons of water
- 1 1 large spoons of agave syrup Optional - for great gourmets
- 200 g 200 g fig
Method
- 1.Heat coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla and salt in a small saucepan, mixing. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 2.When the mixture ends, reduce the heat and pour the agar-agar by mixing with the whip for 2 minutes.
- 3.Then pour the mixture into 2 large dessert glasses (or 4 small ones) and place them in the refrigerator until the desired consistency is reached (it will depend on the size of the glass but will take about 50 minutes).
- 4.Just before serving, prepare the fig cover. Add the water to the saucepan (a small amount simply used to keep figs off the hook), figs cut into small pieces and spoonful of agave syrup (optional, I personally did without). Stir regularly over medium heat using a wooden spatula to "cut" the pieces.
- 5.Pour the fig cover over the pannacotte, then serve with a fresh fig in decoration cut in 4.
