Parmesan Spinach Balls

Ingredients

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 tasse Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tasse grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tasse butter, melted
- 4 small green onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2.Mix together spinach, Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, green onion, eggs, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- 3.Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
