Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 375 g 375 g of sieved flour
- 3 pincée 3 pinches of salt
- 75 g 75 g sugar powder
- 6 6 whole eggs
- 90 g 90 g of melted butter
- 1 l 1 l milk
- 3 3 grandmarnier or rum
Method
- 1.In a salad bowl, mix flour, salt and sugar.
- 2.Make a fountain.
- 3.Add the eggs and start incorporating them into the flour with a wooden spoon, add the melted beure (tiédi) gradually and mix well.
- 4.Incorporate the milk (in small quantities at first to avoid lumps), add the perfume.
- 5.Cook pancakes in a hot oiled pan.
