Pâte à Pizza à la Apple de Terre

Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g of potatoes
- 100 g 100 g flour
- Raclette cheese slice
- Parma ham or ham
- 3 3 c. to s. grated parmesan
- Butter
- Salt or fine salt
Method
- 1.Peel the potatoes and cook them in water.
- 2.Once cooked, crush, add grated Parmesan, salt and flour. Mix until you get a ball of dough.
- 3.Divide the dough in half, brush a pan with butter and put half the dough in the bottom.
- 4.Add ham, raclette cheese and cover with remaining potato pizza dough.
- 5.Cook over medium heat until fully cooked, turn to brown and serve.
