- 250 g 250 g Flour
- 15 cl 15 cl Water
- 15 g 15 g Fresh baking yeast
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 T.A. Salt
- 1 1 pinch(s) Sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation of yeast
- 2.Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a cup. Dry the yeast in warm water. Let stand for 20 minutes.
- 3.Preparation of pizza paste
- 4.In a salad bowl, mix flour, salt, pinched sugar, olive oil and dried yeast. Gradually add 15 cl of water while continuing to mix.
- 5.Wetting and lifting
- 6.Stir this dough until you get a homogeneous dough that takes off from the walls of your dish. Pour it lightly with flour, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour before garnishing to cook it.
