Ingredients

- 2 two spoons. table glucose
- 500 g 500 g of icing sugar
- 1 1 egg white
- powdered food dyes
Method
- 1.In a salad bowl, mix glucose with egg white and whisk for a few moments.
- 2.Add about 400 g of icing sugar gradually, and mix with a spatula until you get a creamy dough.
- 3.Place it on the surface of the work, sprinkled with icing sugar, and knead it by gradually adding the remaining icing sugar until the dough no longer sticks to the fingers.
- 4.Add a little food colouring and knead the dough until its colour is homogeneous.
- 5.Use immediately.
