- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1 c. à café 1 cup of coffee Vanilla extract

Method
- 1.Preheating and roasting
- 2.Preheat the oven to 170°C. Meanwhile, spread the whole almonds on a baking sheet in a single uniform layer. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them so that they become slightly golden and give off a pleasant smell of toast.
- 3.Mixing almonds
- 4.From the oven, immediately pour the still hot almonds into the bowl of your blender robot. Mix the almonds for 5 to 10 minutes: they pass from a coarse powder to a paste, the natural oils gradually release. Continue until you get a smooth and shiny texture.
- 5.Adding ingredients and finishing
- 6.Add the pinch of fine salt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and sunflower oil. Mix again for 30 to 60 seconds to fully homogenize all ingredients. Scratch the edges if necessary. Get a smooth and shiny dough.
- 7.Cooling and storage
- 8.Immediately transfer the spread paste into a clean, airtight glass jar. Let cool completely to room temperature before closing the lid. Store it in a cool place away from light once cooled.
