Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g of black chocolate dessert
- 125 g 125 g hazelnut powder
- 170 g 170 g of sweet concentrated milk (1 small box)
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of ice sugar
- 10 cl 10 cl milk
- 75 g 75 g of half-salt butter
Method
- 1.In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate with the sweet concentrated milk while stirring.
- 2.It's important never stop shaking so it doesn't hang on to the bottom.
- 3.Once melted, add milk, butter, ice sugar. Always stirring, let the ingredients melt and bind. Then, lower the heat to very low or remove from the heat the time to mix with a blender plunging the hazelnut powder in order to obtain a kind of hazelnut paste.
- 4.Then return to the low heat for 2 min, incorporating this hazelnut paste.
- 5.Then remove from the heat and in order to obtain a smooth spread paste, I put a blender shot straight into the pan.
- 6.Pour the mixture into an 825 g pot and let cool.
- 7.Good tasting.
