- 200 g 200 g flour
- 1 1 eggs
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons of liquid cream
- water (if needed)
Method
- 1.Put the flour in a salad bowl. Add the pinch of salt. Mix. Add the egg and mix it with flour by turning with a wooden spoon preferably. Add the liquid cream, mix well with the wooden spoon.
- 2.Form a homogeneous ball with the hands, if necessary add a little water.
- 3.No need to let it rest, the dough is ready to be used.
