Ingredients

- 350 g 350 g Ground beef
- 350 350 c Diced pork
- 2 2 Foiled paste(s)
- 3 3 Hard egg(s)
- 1 1 Onion(s)
- 1 c. à café 1 tsp. four spices
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp. Farine
- 1 1 Egg(s)
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- 3.Preparation of onion
- 4.Peel and cut the onion in half. Put it in the robot bowl with the parsley then mix 10 seconds in speed 7.
- 5.Addition of ingredients
- 6.Add meat, four spices, flour, raw egg, salt and mix 1 minute in speed 4.
- 7.Assembly
- 8.On your floured worktop, spread a laminated dough, cover half the meat preparation along the length of the dough, then insert the hard eggs and cover with the 2nd half of the preparation.
- 9.Dressing
- 10.Put the second leafy pate on top, close the sides.
- 11.Cooking and service
- 12.Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C and serve with a green salad.
