- 250 g 250 g of wheat flour (T45)
- 125 g 125 g sugar powder or meal sugar
- 1 sachet 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 125 g 125 g of half-salt butter
- 1 1 egg
Method
- 1.Pour the flour into Monsieur Cuisine's bowl. Add sliced butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Press the lid with the measuring cup.
- 2.Stir the dough in "basic mixing" for 2 minutes.
- 3.Then add the whole egg by pouring it into the lid orifice. Stretch at 0°C/25 seconds/speed 4/rotation right.
- 4.Retrieve the sanded dough thus obtained, shape it into a ball by kneading it quickly on a slightly floured worktop.
- 5.Wrap the dough in food film, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before spreading.
