Pulp sanded light house

Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 60 g 60 g sugar
- 60 g 60 g of soft but not melted butter
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of milk
- 1 1 egg yolk
- 200 g 200 g flour
Method
- 1.In a robot, mix flour, sugar, butter and salt.
- 2.After mixing well, add the milk and egg yolk.
- 3.The dough must look like sand and must not form a ball.
- 4.Pour this sandy mixture into the previously buttered and floured pie pan.
- 5.DO NOT TASS: with a fork, gently spread the sanded dough by forming small edges (to avoid fruit juice overflowing).
