Ingredients

- 175 g 175 g white wheat flour (T55)
- 85 g 85 g ointment butter
- 70 g 70 g of icing sugar
- 35 g 35 g of eggs
- 1 g 1 g salt or fine salt
Method
- 1.In the robot tank, put the ointment butter cut into pieces, the icing sugar and mix until the consistency of an ointment is obtained.
- 2.Add eggs gradually as well as salt.
- 3.Add the flour and mix in a small impulse to avoid working it as little as possible.
- 4.Remove the dough from the robot and put it on a sheet of sulfurized paper and cool for a minimum of 2 hours to lower it.
