Pasta with two zucchini: raw and cooked!

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 2 2 zucchini
- 500 g 500 g spaghetti
- 1 1 red onions
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 1 lemons
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Detail 1/2 zucchini in very fine slats with a saver. Season with lemon, salt and a spoonful of olive oil. Mix and let marinate.
- 2.Detail the rest of the zucchini in dice and chop the onion.
- 3.Place the pasta in a large volume of salty boiling water. (cooking al dente)
- 4.Meanwhile, sauté the onions and zucchini diced in the rest of the olive oil in a large pan or a pan (so that there is enough room to put the cooked pasta). Salt.
- 5.When the pasta is cooked, drain it coarsely and then put it in the pan with the zucchini. Add a few spoons of pasta cooking water and mix well to coat the pasta.
- 6.Serve by adding the strips of raw zucchini over top. Pepper and, if the lemon is organic and wash well, add its zest over it.
