Ingredients

- 480 g 480 g Salmon paste
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Some strand(s) Fresh grasses
- Salt flower
- Pepper
Method
- 1.start cooking
- 2.Pour the olive oil into a pan and heat it. When it is hot, place the salmon cobblestones on it, skin side and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Make sure they don't burn.
- 3.Cooking salmon
- 4.Turn the salmon cobblestones and extend the cooking for only a few minutes on the other side. The flesh of the fish must remain dew and pearly at heart.
- 5.Dressing and tasting
- 6.Draw immediately the salmon cobblestones from the plates. Sprinkle with fresh and chiseled herbs. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper. Finally, water them with lemon juice. Enjoy the salmon with basmati rice or baked vegetables.
