Ingredients

- 400 g frozen peas defrosted
- 4 c. à soupe double cream
- small handful of mint leaves roughly chopped (optional)
Method
- 1.Put everything in a high-powered blender with a good crack of black pepper and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. If you want to make it extra-smooth, strain through a sieve. Season to taste, if needed.
