Small mellow zucchini with Kiri cheese

- 200 g 200 gr zucchini
- 70 g 70 gr flour
- 55 g 55 gr parmesan
- 55 ml 55 ml milk
- 7 ml 7 ml oil
- 2 2 small eggs
- 2 2 Kiri cheeses
- salt
Method
- 1.Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, grated Parmesan, eggs, milk, oil and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous paste.
- 2.Stir in zucchini: Wash the zucchini carefully without peeling them, then mix them finely. Then add them to your preparation and mix well to incorporate everything.
- 3.Garnish the mussels: Grease your mussels, then pour a first layer of dough halfway up. Gently place a half-portion of Kiri in the center, then cover with the rest of the dough.
- 4.Cook and taste: Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until the mellows are golden. Let it cool down a few minutes before it starts — the heart melts in Kiri awaits you!
