Small homemade milk bread

Ingredients
For 5 servings
- 500 g 500 g flour
- 50 g 50 g sugar
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of salt
- 10 cl 10 cl of oil
- 25 cl 25 cl milk
- 1 1 eggs
- 1 1 packs of baking yeast (or 20 g of fresh yeast)
Method
- 1.Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead the dough well until it is removed from the bowl.
- 2.Cover the bowl with a linen and a small blanket and let rise for about 1 hour.
- 3.When the dough is lifted, degass it (press it with your fist to remove the air) and then form breads of 60 g each.
- 4.Shape the dough as you wish and let rest for about 30 minutes.
- 5.Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- 6.Brush the egg yolk and bake 10-15 min in the oven at 180°C.
