Roasted pears with honey, Greek vanilla yogurt and grilled meal

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 3 pears
- 250 250 greek yogurt
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of honey
- 25 g 25 g butter
- 1 pincée 1 pinched vanilla extract well scented
- 10 g 10 g of fine meal
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of sugar
Method
- 1.Inflate the meal with the same volume of boiling water.
- 2.Peel pears, remove seeds and cut into 4 quarters.
- 3.Add the cooked meal with a fork and mix with sugar and 5 g of soft butter. Mix and place in an oven dish.
- 4.Grill under the oven grill or 10 min at 180°C (thermostat 6).
- 5.Put the rest of the butter in a pan and sauté pears for 5 minutes.
- 6.Add honey and continue cooking for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 7.Meanwhile, mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla powder and then distribute to the bottom of 4 plates.
- 8.Spread the pears over the Greek yogurt and sprinkle remaining juice in the pan. Sprinkle with grilled semolina grains and decorate with basil.
