Ingredients

- 1 kg 1 kg potato
- 100 g 100 g clarified butter
- 1 1 butter nut for the mould
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2.Peel and cut the potatoes into rings 2 to 3 mm at the mandolin.
- 3.Butter a round dish with high edges, place a disc of baking paper.
- 4.Place the potato slices in rosewood. Season with salt, pepper.
- 5.Water with clarified butter and renew the operation until there are no more potatoes left.
- 6.Cover and bake 1 hour: potatoes must be melted and golden.
- 7.Remove and serve with a salad mixture.
