Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 1 1 laminated pasta
- 300 g 300 g feta
- 500 g 500 g of pumpkin
- 3 3 sweet potatoes
- 2 2 zucchini
- 3 3 eggs
- 10 cl 10 cl of liquid fresh cream
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
Method
- 1.Cut zucchini, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin into cubes. Ask one of your parents to help you with this step!
- 2.Cook them in the oven with olive oil for about 30 min at 180°C (thermostat 6). Ask a parent to bake the dish with you!
- 3.Then let cool for 2 hours. Prepare your dough in a pie dish.
- 4.Garnished with vegetable cubes.
- 5.In a container, beat your eggs and mix a pinch of salt, some pepper and liquid cream.
- 6.Pour on your vegetable cubes and cover the whole with small feta cubes.
- 7.Bake between 20 min and 30 min at 180°C (thermostat 6). Ask a parent to bake the dish with you!
