Chicken with cream and mushrooms

- 6 6 Chicken white(s)
- 1 1 White onion(s)
- 1 1 glass(s) White wine
- 1 1 box(s) Mushroom(s) of betting
- 2 c. à soupe 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 1 pot(s) Thick fresh cream
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt pepper mill
Method
- 1.Seizure of chicken, onions and mushrooms
- 2.Finely slice the onion and sauté in a saucepan with olive oil. Then add the poultry whites and let them brown on both sides. When they are well coloured, add the mushrooms you have cut into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper at your convenience.
- 3.Preparation of cream sauce
- 4.Add mustard and white wine to the mixture. When the alcohol has evaporated, add the cream and reduce the cooking heat. Simmer for 20 min over low heat.
- 5.Final cooking and service
- 6.When your cutlets are perfectly cooked and soaked with mushrooms sauce, serve them immediately.
