- 200 ml 200 ml Fresh cream (whole)
- 1 1 Onion(s)
- 1 1 pinch(s) Muscade
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
- 1 1 pinch(s) Pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.Cut the chicken cutlets into dice. Peel the onion and cut into dice as well.
- 3.Cooking chicken and adding soy sauce
- 4.Put a skillet on low heat with an oil fillet. Fry the onion and chicken. When the meat is golden, pour the soy sauce. Let it narrow.
- 5.Adding cream and finishing
- 6.Stir in fresh cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and heat for a few moments until bubbles form. Remove from the fire and serve.
