Philippe's sweet-salted curry chicken

Ingredients

- 4 4 chicken whites
- 1 1 bricks of coconut milk
- 1 1 tomato mashed bricks
- 1 1 small cans of peeled tomatoes
- 1 1 cans of pineapple in syrup, in pieces
- 2 2 large sweet potatoes
- garlic powder

Method
- 1.Cut chicken whites into 2 or 3 pieces according to size
- 2.Cut peeled tomatoes into pieces
- 3.Heat a little olive oil in a pan, brown chicken pieces on all sides. Add the tomatoes to pieces.
- 4.Stir the preparation to cook lightly.
- 5.Sprinkle with spices and garlic, salt and mix well so that the ingredients soak with spices.
- 6.Add the coconut cream and tomato coulis. Gently stir. Cover and simmer over low heat about 30-40 minutes.
- 7.10 minutes before the end of cooking, add 1/2 box of pineapple pieces (previously rinsed)
- 8.For sweet potatoes: peel and cut into thick slices 2 sweet potatoes.
- 9.Cook with salt water 20 minutes or steam 10 minutes.
- 10.Dress the plates by putting the sweet potato washers on one side, and the chicken pieces with a little sauce on the other. If possible, add some coriander leaves for presentation and taste.
