Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 3 chicken whites
- 10 g 10 g of ginger

- 1 pincée 1 pinched sichuan pepper
Method
- 1.Place the chicken whites in a saucepan with 2 liters of salted water with chopped cebette and ginger and bring to a boil. Cut the fire, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
