Chicken honey garlic (express)

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 4 Boneless thighs
- 2 gousse 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- ginger
- sesame seeds
Method
- 1.Season with salt and pepper.
- 2.Sauté on a dry skillet to colour.
- 3.Return it.
- 4.Add finely cut garlic and grated ginger.
- 5.Let it come back.
- 6.Add soy, vinegar and honey as well as pepper pinch.
- 7.Simmer until the caramelized sauce reduces.
- 8.Cut into strips.
- 9.Chicken can be served with rice.
