Sweet potato puree

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 800 g 800 g sweet potato
- 20 cl 20 cl fresh cream
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pincée 1 pinch salt
- 2 2 turn mill pepper
- 1 1 orange zest
Method
- 1.Put a large amount of water to heat. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces.
- 2.Cook them in water for 10 min.
- 3.Sprinkle cooked potatoes with cream and olive oil at will.
- 4.Season with pepper and sprinkle with citrus zests at will.
